This cutter was called legendary by Soviet shipbuilders, because in the entire history of shipbuilding in the USSR, it was not possible to create something, that would dislodge it from the domestic market. These cutters built by the Sosnovsk Shipyard in the 1950s and 1990s are often found in the waters of many former USSR republics (including Lithuania) even at the beginning of the 2030s. Over 4000 units of this project have been built over 40 years. "Jaroslaviec" were used for shipping service, water transport safety services, maintenance of hydro-technical equipment operation and repair of navigational signs, hydro-graphic works, water traffic safety services. Also for use in the Navy of the USSR. By the way, one cutter, that received the designation "HK24" also served as a Lithuanian Navy as guard boat. One "Jaroslavec" is used by UAB "Hidroststyba" in the repair and renovation works of water bodies.

Thus, after working with computer finishing programs, it is possible to add to the collection of models of Lithuanian machinery. From the magazine, one of three versions of the cutter can be assembled - civilian or military service. The detailing of the model is very thorough - there is even cockpit equipment. Detailed graphic instructions make assembly very easy. Although the publisher recommends the model only for experienced people, in our opinion, this cutter will also be perfectly glued by an advanced beginner, working under the supervision of a more experienced colleague.
