Destroyer "Kagero" belonged to the destroyers of the "Murakumo" class. A total of 6 ships of this series were built in England. Designed based on the Miner "Engler". Until the start of the Russo-Japanese War, "Kagero" was included in the 5th destroyer squadron, operating near Port Arthur. During the Battle of Cusima, "Kagero" chased the destroyer "Groznyj", but was unable to catch it. In 1914 at the end of the year, a destroyer belonging to the 13th Destroyer Division was operating near Qingdao. In 1918 "Kagero" was disarmed and reclassified as a tender, and in 1923 it was cut up in Kure.
Another great project by Alexander Kustov. The model is rich in detail, several of the detail sheets have double-sided color printing, some of the details are painted with metallic bronze paint. A model for any experience modeler, but for advanced beginners and low-experience modelers, we recommend building the model under the supervision of a more experienced colleague, and even then assembly will not be a "easy walk". And this model should not be one of the first more complex models in Your modeling career.
